What is free?
Core sections are not optional — they are in every report. Only the optional sections and analysts are a choice; whatever you skip stays locked and can be unlocked later at the same price.
How to buy
Your request goes to our sales team and the e-invoice arrives by email; once payment is confirmed, the credits are added to your balance.
Choose a pack
Send a pack request from the Credits page in the app. Only workspace admins can open a request.
Enter billing details
Company name, tax or ID number, tax office and billing address. You can fill them in automatically from a company in your workspace.
Receive the e-invoice
The request goes to our sales team and the e-invoice is sent by email. You can cancel the request until it is invoiced.
Pay by bank transfer
Once payment is confirmed, the credits are added to your balance and appear in the Credits ledger with the invoice number.
Frequently asked questions
How long are credits valid?
Credits are valid for 365 days from the date they are added. The app warns you 30 days before they expire. Credits are spent starting with the batch that expires soonest.
How many reports does a pack cover?
The sections you choose decide how many reports fit in a pack. A report with only the core sections uses no credits; adding sector comparison and analysts raises the credits per report.
What are the refund terms?
A pack's unspent credits are refundable within 14 days of the date they were added; for an unused pack the full amount is refunded. Expired credits are not refunded. Refund policy
How do I pay?
Payment is made by bank transfer against an e-invoice. Once payment is confirmed, the credits are added to your balance.
