Terms of use
Last updated: 8 November 2026
These terms govern the use of the Firmaskor service, the rights and obligations of the parties and the scope of the service. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. The Turkish version is the binding one.
1. Parties
This agreement is concluded electronically, at the moment the account is created, between Firmaskor Bilgi Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti. (Sarıyer Vergi Dairesi), operating at Maslak Mah. Büyükdere Cad. Meydan Sok. Beybi Giz Plaza No:1 Kat:15 Sarıyer / İstanbul (hereinafter "Firmaskor"), and the natural or legal person who creates an account at app.firmaskor.com (hereinafter the "User").
2. Definitions
- Service: the Firmaskor web application and the company assessment, scoring and reporting services offered through it.
- Workspace: the account area in which the User manages their companies, documents, reports and team members.
- Report: the financial assessment calculated from the company documents provided by the User, and its document form.
- Credit: a prepaid service unit used to unlock the optional sections of a report and the analyst commentaries.
- Pack: a product through which a set amount of credits is purchased for a set price.
3. Scope of the service
Firmaskor reads the financial statements from the company documents the User uploads, calculates ratios and scores, compares them with sector data and presents the result as a single report. If the User chooses, analyst commentaries are added to the report.
The report is not investment advice, a credit decision or commitment, an independent audit opinion, a company valuation or a forward-looking projection. Calculations rely on the documents the User provides. Analyst commentaries are generated automatically and may contain errors; they should not be the sole basis of a business decision.
4. Account and security
To use the service you must be at least 18 years old and create your account with accurate information. The User is responsible for keeping their password and access to their account confidential, and notifies Firmaskor without delay on noticing any unauthorised use.
The permissions of team members invited to a workspace are limited by their roles. The workspace owner is responsible towards Firmaskor for the actions of the people they invite.
5. The User's obligations
- To upload only documents they are entitled to upload and process, and to hold the necessary authority and legal basis for documents belonging to another company.
- To use the service in accordance with the law, these terms and the rights of third parties.
- Not to attempt to bypass the security of the service, reverse-engineer it, collect data with automated tools or place an unusual load on its infrastructure.
- Not to transfer or sell their account or credits to third parties.
A User who uploads documents belonging to another company (for example those of the companies they provide accounting services to, or of their customers or suppliers) declares, with each upload, that they are authorised to upload those documents and to have them processed through the service. That authorisation must come from the consent of the company the documents belong to, or from another legal basis under the legislation in force, including Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and professional rules such as the confidentiality duty of certified public accountants (SMMM). The application asks for and records this declaration separately whenever documents are uploaded to a company the User has not marked as their own, and offers a sample client consent letter on the upload screen.
The User is responsible for the accuracy of this declaration and for holding the necessary consent or legal basis. Firmaskor may ask the User for a document showing that consent or legal basis; if it is not provided within a reasonable time, or if there is a reasonable suspicion that an upload is unlawful, Firmaskor may remove the documents concerned and the reports produced from them, or restrict access to them.
6. Credits and payment
The core sections of a report are free. Optional sections and analyst commentaries are unlocked with credits; the credit cost of each section is shown in the application when the selection is made.
Credits are requested in packs. VAT is added to pack prices and the total is shown with the request. Payment is made by bank transfer against the e-invoice issued; credits are added to the workspace once payment is confirmed.
Credits are valid for 365 days from the date they are added and are spent starting with the pack that expires first. Expired credits cannot be used. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash; refunds are made only under the Refund and withdrawal policy.
7. Intellectual property
The software, design, scoring method and content of the service belong to Firmaskor. The User may use, keep and share the reports they produce with their business partners for their own business purposes.
The documents the User uploads and the data in them belong to the User. The User authorises Firmaskor to process this data solely to provide the service.
8. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy notice. Where the documents the User uploads contain personal data of other people, the User is responsible for informing those people and for having the necessary legal basis.
9. Limitation of liability
Firmaskor provides the service with care but does not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service may be temporarily unavailable because of planned maintenance or outages of third-party infrastructure.
The User is responsible for the consequences of business decisions taken on the basis of reports. Except where liability cannot be limited by law (intent and gross negligence), Firmaskor's total liability under these terms is limited to the amount the User paid Firmaskor in the twelve months before the event that caused the loss.
10. Changes
Firmaskor may update these terms. Changes that materially affect the User's rights are notified to the registered e-mail address at least 15 days before they take effect. If the User does not accept a change, they may close their account; the refund policy then applies to unused credits.
11. Term and termination
The agreement starts when the account is created and remains in force until either party terminates it. The User may close their account at any time.
Firmaskor may suspend the account or terminate the agreement in the event of a material breach of these terms; where the breach can be remedied, it first warns the User. After termination, data is kept for the periods stated in the privacy notice and then deleted.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Turkish law. Users acting as consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits, and to the Consumer Courts above them. For disputes between merchants, the Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
13. Contact and notices
Notices to Firmaskor are made by e-mail to info@firmaskor.com or in writing to Maslak Mah. Büyükdere Cad. Meydan Sok. Beybi Giz Plaza No:1 Kat:15 Sarıyer / İstanbul. Firmaskor sends notices to the User at the e-mail address registered on the account.
