Refund and withdrawal policy

Scope

Credits are prepaid digital service units used to unlock the optional sections of a report and the analyst commentaries. Because the core sections of a report are free, this policy covers only purchased credit packs.

Right of withdrawal

If you buy a pack as a consumer, you may withdraw from it without giving a reason within 14 days of the credits being added to your workspace.

Credits are a digital service performed immediately at your request. For that reason, under Article 15/1-ğ of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal ends for credits as soon as you spend them to unlock a report section or an analyst commentary. The unspent part of the pack is refunded under the rules below.

When refunds are made

• Unused pack: if requested within 14 days, the full price is refunded.
• Partly used pack: if requested within 14 days, the price of the unspent credits is refunded at the pack's per-credit price.
• A problem on our side: if credits were deducted although a technical error prevented the report from being produced, the credits are restored to your balance regardless of the deadline.
• Not refunded: requests made after the 14-day period and expired credits (365 days after they were added).

Because credits are spent starting with the pack that expires first, if you hold more than one pack, spending is charged to the older pack first.

How to request a refund

Send your refund request, with your workspace name and the pack's purchase date, to info@firmaskor.com. We reply within 3 business days at the latest.

Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer to the account the payment came from within 14 days of approval. The refunded credits are removed from your balance and a return invoice or cancellation is issued for the related e-invoice.

Business buyers

The same 14-day refund rule applies to buyers purchasing for commercial or professional purposes. For corporate agreements above the packs, the refund terms of that agreement prevail.
