Company valuation is the process of estimating what a business is worth as a whole. It typically comes up ahead of partnership, sale, or investment discussions, and asks a single question: what is this company worth today?
Valuation and financial outlook are not the same thing
The two are often confused. A valuation produces a monetary figure. A financial outlook assessment, on the other hand, describes a condition: how comfortably the company meets its obligations, how much debt it carries, and how sustainable its earnings are.
A company can hold high value while simultaneously being cash-strapped in the short term; the reverse is also possible. The two questions cannot replace one another.
Which one does Firmaskor provide?
Firmaskor does not produce a valuation report. What it produces is an assessment that summarises your company's financial outlook in a single 0–100 score, accompanied by four main categories and the items pulling the score down.
If you are preparing for a valuation exercise, this assessment is no substitute for that work — but it allows you to understand the strengths and weaknesses of your position before entering the meeting.
